We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team, working primarily on townhouse developments across the Gold Coast.

As a mid-level professional, you will play a key role in managing project contracts, ensuring cost control, and supporting the successful delivery of multiple residential developments.

About the Role: Administration and management of subcontractor packages Tendering, preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts Cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting Progress claims, variations, and procurement support Close collaboration with project managers and site teams Collecting QA paper works and handover documents

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry Strong background in townhouse or multi-residential projects Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects
