TCLH is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Accounts & Finance Manager to join our growing team on the Gold Coast in a permanent, office-based role. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations across a fast-paced, multi-entity business. Working closely with the CEO, CFO and leadership team, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong financial operations, improving processes, supporting business performance, and helping drive the continued growth of TCLH. Join a proudly Australian-owned and rapidly growing business Be part of a collaborative, high-performing leadership team Hands-on role with genuine influence across the business Diverse finance responsibilities across multiple business entities and operational divisions Opportunity to improve systems, streamline processes, and help shape the future finance function Permanent, office-based role on the Gold Coast Supportive and values-driven team culture focused on growth, accountability and innovation WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Finance Operations Oversee day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable, receivable, payroll and reconciliations Manage and support fortnightly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery Oversee invoicing, debtor management, collections and supplier payments Maintain accurate financial records and ensure integrity across accounting systems Perform month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting preparation Work closely with operational teams to ensure timely financial information and approvals Reporting & Commercial Support Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes Support pricing reviews, margin analysis and commercial decision-making Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports Identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve business performance Partner with leadership to support ongoing growth initiatives and operational efficiencies Systems & Process Improvement Drive improvements across finance systems, workflows and reporting processes Help strengthen financial controls and operational efficiencies across the group Identify opportunities for automation, scalability and improved visibility across finance operations Leadership & Stakeholder Management Provide guidance and support to Accounts and Administration team members Build strong working relationships across operational leaders, suppliers, clients and external stakeholders Liaise with external accountants and advisors to support compliance and reporting requirements Champion TCLH's core values of Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork and Innovation WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Officer or similar hands-on finance leadership role Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, payroll and cashflow management Experience working within a multi-entity or fast-paced operational business environment Confident using accounting systems such as Xero and strong Excel capability Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand the story behind the numbers Highly organised with solid attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach Preferred (but not essential) Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business CPA or CA qualifications Experience in labour hire, hospitality, workforce management or similar operational industries At TCLH, a proudly Australian-owned and multi-award-winning company, we are redefining remote hospitality by delivering exceptional experiences across industries including Mining, Offshore & Onshore Oil & Gas, Defence, Exploration, Construction and Civil.
