About the job We are seeking a Customer Care Manager who will partner with our customers throughout their journey with us, from adoption to expansion and renewal. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Services to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 mass‐market customers, balancing automation (low‐touch) with personalized engagement (high‐touch) based on individual needs.
- Facilitate the successful onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have the tools and resources to thrive with Odoo.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing guidance and support to enhance their experience throughout their projects.
- Collaborate with our Sales Team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for customer expansion. About you At Odoo, we value your skills more than your resume. Here's what we expect from you: Must have
