Your work will directly influence our growth, client experience, and long‐term success. What You'll Lead & Own

- Optimise Workflows – Map, refine, and elevate processes. Create templates, systems, and documentation that enhance productivity and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership – Run energising team meetings, set clear goals, provide meaningful feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Inspire KPI Achievement – Motivate and empower your team to reach and exceed performance targets with confidence and clarity.
- Training & Development – Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff. Embed new procedures and ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Operations Management – Delegate effectively, manage workflow, and monitor team efficiency to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Reporting to Upper Management – Deliver insightful operational reporting, highlight opportunities, and influence strategic decision‐making.
- Drive Efficiencies – Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and champion smarter, faster, better ways of working.
- Audit & Compliance Management – Oversee audit processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold a strong governance framework. About You

- 5+ years in a leadership role preferably within financial planning operations.
- Strong understanding of the advice industry and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead change with influence.
- Qualifications in financial advice (highly regarded but not essential). What We Offer
