Senior Site Supervisor – High-Rise Construction (Gold Coast)

The Company Our client is a design-led and commercially disciplined construction organisation that has assembled a highly skilled Tier 1–experienced delivery team for major high?rise and mixed?use projects on the Gold Coast. You will join an experienced site and project management team and play a key role in delivering a large, complex build with precision, safety, and leadership. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. Monitoring and managing the workflow, schedules and budgets of construction projects. Communicating effectively with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues. Overseeing the quality of work and addressing any defects or problems that arise. Mentoring and developing the skills of the construction team. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each project. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical drawings. Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with clients. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering or a related field.
