**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Hold a current QBCC licence/registration as a Building Certifier. Level 3, Level 2 or Level 1 certifiers are all acceptable
- Technical knowledge in Residential approvals and understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction to deliver value-driven solutions and build skilled relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in Building Certification.
- Previous experience in building certification, approvals, or a closely related role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and compliance purposes
