**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a friendly and reliable **Bus Driver / Tour Guide / Ground Support Crew** to join our ballooning crew. You’ll be responsible for picking up passengers from their accommodation, providing entertaining and informative commentary during the journey, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience from hotel pickup to balloon launch—and back again. On the morning as Ground Crew, you will be responsible for assisting the pilot in inflating, navigating and packing away the aircraft and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a passenger vehicle (25 seater Mitsubishi Rosa) to pick up and drop off guests at designated locations.
- Provide light-hearted and informative commentary about the local area, ballooning experience, and flight logistics.
- Assist with the safe transfer of passengers to the balloon launch site and into the balloon basket.
- Liaise with balloon pilots and crew to coordinate timing and passenger flow.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all passengers throughout the experience.
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
- Assist with flight preparation, set up, navigation and pack-down of the aircraft.

**About You**
- Hold a current, valid **LR or MR license** with a clean driving record.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a **Driver Accreditation/Authority** to carry passengers (as per state regulations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to entertain and engage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning starts (pre-dawn shifts).
- Friendly and calm under pressure with a robust focus on safety and service.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or guiding is a plus—but not essential.
