ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Leading Hand**to join our **Cleaning** team in a **Full-Time** role, supporting our client who acts as one of the largest tertiary educators in Australia. The role will be based at our client’s site **south of the Brisbane CBD**.

This role will support our Facilities Management Team to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance of the campus, developing and facilitating quality control measures and supporting a team and ensuring conditions are met. As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of cleaning work end-to-end through in-house system.

**The Position**:

- Responsible for leading a team of 20+
- Assisting supervisor and support the cleaning team
- Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality Control and service rotations
- Issuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheet
- Review stock levels and complete the orders
- Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
- Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
- Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail
- National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
- Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
- Must have **blue card** or willing to obtain
