Our client is a specialist civil contractor who specialises in design and construction within the piling and ground engineering sector, who prioritises safety, environmental responsibility, and personnel development.

We are seeking a Piling Leading Hand who aspires to step into a Supervisor position OR an experienced Supervisor who would be able to hit the ground running.

**Role Overview**:

- **Position**: Leading Hand / Foreman OR Supervisor
- **Location**: Southern Region (south of QLD border); Brisbane OR Gold Coast based is preferred, with flexibility for projects along the east coast.
- **Experience**: Leadership experience in piling (bored pier, CFA, sheet etc.), anchoring, micro-piling, shotcreting, or working from ropes/EWPs preferred.
- Prior experience with Piling Contractors, preferably with a background in heavy plant operations (piling rigs, excavators etc.)
- Construction Industry Induction Card
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Robust safety focus; drug and alcohol-free
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug / alcohol test
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work away from home
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Proficiency in operating construction machinery
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Valid Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
