- Bar to lead one of the most exciting bar experiences on the Gold Coast. Someone who understands atmosphere as much as operations. A natural host with sharp instincts, high standards and a genuine love for people, culture and nightlife. You’ll lead from the floor — setting the tone, building the team, driving service and creating nights guests talk about long after they leave. What you’ll do Lead daily venue operations with confidence and energy Build a culture that feels warm, polished and creatively driven Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing bar team Own the guest experience from first pour to final goodbye Drive financial performance, labour management and venue targets Work closely with culinary, marketing and events teams to create experiences that feel distinctly ANdAZ Keep the venue dynamic, relevant and connected to local culture What you bring Experience leading premium bars, restaurants or lifestyle venues Strong operational and commercial acumen A hands-on leadership style and calm presence under pressure Exceptional understanding of service, drinks and guest engagement A sharp eye for detail, atmosphere and flow A love for hospitality that feels modern, social and design-forward Why ANdAZ At ANdAZ, we create spaces that feel personal, expressive and alive.
