- Stable, growing and highly respected Queensland firm The Role You'll take ownership of residential conveyancing files from start to finish across both QLD and NSW matters while also gaining exposure to:
- Business sales & purchases
- Commercial transactions
- More complex property matters
- Client relationship management
- Working closely with senior lawyers and the Director on transactions
- This is a role where your ideas, initiative and experience will genuinely be valued. About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing (min 3yrs to be considered based on exp.)
- Brings hands-on experience managing both QLD and NSW conveyancing matters
- Can confidently manage up to 30-40 files autonomously from contract through to settlement
- Loves building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Wants to continue learning and developing professionally
- Thrives in a cooperative and modern environment
- Bonus if you also have:
- Commercial conveyancing experience (though not required, training will be provided)
- Exposure to business sales & purchases
