Electrician (Gold Coast)

Your current role We are currently partnering with a range of clients, including local hospitals, maintenance providers, and residential and commercial contractors. As a qualified electrician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Testing and tagging equipment
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance
- Diagnosing and fault-finding on electrical systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Installing conduits, switchboards, panels, wiring, switches, and electrical components
- Performing upgrades and modifications to existing electrical systems
- Commissioning and testing new installations
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in a timely manner Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of completed work

- What you'll need to succeed

- White Card
- Current CPR/LVR certification
- Own hand and electrical tools
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Satisfactory employment references
- Recent experience in electrical work
- Queensland Electrical Licence (unrestricted)
- Elevated Work Platform (under or over 11m) What you'll get in return
