**The Role** We’re looking for a motivated and creative team member to provide marketing and content support to a portfolio of resort clients to help grow their online presence, boost bookings, and streamline operational processes.

**Your Key Responsibilities**: **Social Media Content Creation & Management
- Primary Role**
- Develop and schedule content across Facebook & Instagram initially (knowledge of other social platforms is beneficial)
- Create compelling visual content using Canva or similar tools (graphics, reels, short videos)
- Manage multiple clients' social calendars via scheduling platforms
- Setup and support of paid social media campaigns occasionally
- Hashtag research and trend-based content ideation
- Social media reporting and performance analytics

**Every week is different and could involve the following as required:

- **
- Support revenue growth through content and distribution strategy
- Respond to online reviews professionally
- Assist with rate loading, minimum stay updates etc
- Load images and update specials and event calendars for websites and OTA listings
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure website content is current across multiple properties
- Build and manage newsletters using Mailchimp, Brevo (Smart Escapes experience a bonus)
- Assist with templates and automation of manual processes
- Generate basic performance and revenue reports
- Competitor research and analysis
- Ad hoc tasks as required across client needs

**What We’re Looking For** We want someone who’s passionate about digital marketing and has a keen eye for detail. If you’re studying or have experience in hospitality, tourism, or digital marketing—this role is ideal.

**Essential Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
- High level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Must be an Australian Citizen with an ABN and own laptop/Wi-Fi/mobile (preferred)

**Bonus Points for Experience In**:

- Hospitality, hotels, resorts, or holiday rentals
- Channel managers (especially Resly) and Resort property management systems (PMS)
- Paid social campaign setup (Meta Ads Manager)
