Production Manager (Bundall)

**Your Role**

As the **Production Manager**, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end production process—from cnc machine cutting to final cladding assembly and finishing. You’ll manage a small but skilled team, maintain quality and safety standards, and help drive efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the factory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Supervise and support production staff across all shifts.
- Oversee cutting, folding, angling, and assembly of aluminium cladding panels.
- Maintain quality control and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability and smooth dispatch.
- Enforce WHS (Work Health & Safety) regulations in line with Australian standards.
- Drive process improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
- Report on production output, downtime, and improvement initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in a production management role, ideally in aluminium or metal fabrication.
- Robust understanding of aluminium cladding processes and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or job specs.
- Computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
- Relevant trade, technical, or engineering qualification preferred.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
