**About the Role** As a Relationship Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients with turnover between $3M-$15M and lending needs ranging from $1.25M-$5M. You’ll deliver tailored solutions across working capital, asset finance, home and investment lending, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of Relationship Executives, Analysts, and Account Managers, focused on delivering exceptional service and sustainable business growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and outstanding service
- Identify recent-to-bank opportunities via your network and referral partners
- Understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- Lead deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation
- Represent CommBank across the region, building your profile and presence

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience managing a successful small business or commercial banking portfolio
- Experience in commercial lending and credit writing skills
- Deep understanding of banking products and financial analysis
- Passion for customer service and business development
- An understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers

You’ll start with an established client book and be expected to grow it through new acquisition and by identifying further opportunities within your portfolio.
