**Your new role**

This role will require day-to-day administration support of busy projects. Your core duties will include managing monthly client reports, maintaining registers, contract administration, raising purchase orders, processing subcontractor claims, making sure all subcontractor timesheets are received in a timely manner and assisting with defects in preparation of project completion. You may also be asked to perform duties such as; data entry, filing, typing, booking meetings and managing any site enquiries. There will be a need to travel to various sites.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must have previous experience within the construction industry and have recently worked in a multi-functioned administration role. You are flexible, adaptable and keen to progress in an all-round support capacity. A hardworking attitude and strong communication skills means you will be confident liaising with all levels of seniority. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are also required for you to succeed in this role.
