About the Role

Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. This is a part time role covering Wednesday to Sunday including weekends. You'll provide friendly, qualified customer service, manage calls and enquiries, and support day-to-day administration to help keep the home running smoothly.

You'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming workplace for everyone who visits.
