About the Role
As a key member of the sales and customer service team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department in Ashmore. Positively contribute to the daily requirements of the Branch by providing great customer service and accurate information and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Provide effective and timely responses to customer requests and contribute to sales targets Continually develop and improve knowledge of Bradnam's products and remain up to date with current building codes Support Sales Representatives Identify areas and functions within sales that can be improved Understand and work with our credit department and actively support fellow members of the customer service team Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to secure work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures
Work Hours
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week.
