Role Description

Qualifications

Hold a current QBCC licence/registration as a Building Certifier. Level 3, Level 2 or Level 1 certifiers are all acceptable

Technical knowledge in Residential approvals and understanding of building codes and regulations

Solid skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders

Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction to deliver value-driven solutions and build skilled relationships

Attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines

Relevant qualifications in Building Certification.

Previous experience in building certification, approvals, or a closely related role is highly desirable

Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and compliance purposes
