ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking reliable Assembly Workers to join a busy manufacturing team. The role involves assembling metal products in a protected and supportive work environment.

DUTIES

Assemble metal products and components to job specifications Use hand and air tools safely and effectively Read and follow job sheets and build instructions Pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch Complete quality checks on finished products Work safely to achieve daily production targets

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous factory or manufacturing experience Confident using hand and power tools Strong work ethic with ability to commit to full time hours Reliable and team-focused attitude Commitment to safety and quality standards Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
