Production Team Member Ormeau (Gold Coast)

THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting chance has become available for a Production Team Member based in Ormeau. This position involves working as part of our Manufacturing team. This is a full-time role, afternoon shift (2:36pm
- 10:42pm), working Monday
- Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects as required
- Interpret product drawings
- Manufacturing and assembling of goods to customer's requirements
- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines for our metal products
- Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a secure working environment ABOUT YOU

- Essential
- problem solving and inquisitive mindset to learn Stratco products
- Essential
- strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
- Desirable
- prior experience with metal processing machinery and techniques (e.g., SWI Operation, RAS operator, Brake-Press, Sli Net, Blanking, Guilotine)
- Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
