Marland Mushrooms QLD is a leading mushroom producer supplying major supermarkets from our up-to-date, purpose-built facility in Stapylton.

We are currently seeking reliable Production Labourers to join our morning production team, commencing immediately.

This is a hands‑on role supporting our production operations in a quick‑paced, safety‑focused setting.

No experience is necessary – full training is provided, with weekly pay and ongoing work available for the right candidate.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team in a casual morning‑shift role, working 4 shifts throughout Monday to Friday each week, with approx. 3am starts.

Responsibilities

Mixing and preparing the mushroom growing medium (compost)

General production and cleaning duties

Climbing as required during production tasks

Supporting production operations in line with safety and quality requirements

Working efficiently as part of a team in a production setting

Requirements

Availability to work morning shifts Monday through Friday

This role involves physical tasks and requires a reasonable level of fitness

Own reliable transport is essential

A current Forklift Licence is highly preferred but not essential

No experience required – full training is provided
