Production Labourer Gold Coast

Marland Mushrooms QLD is a leading mushroom producer supplying major supermarkets from our contemporary, purpose-built facility in Stapylton.

We are currently seeking reliable Production Labourers to join our production team, commencing immediately. This is a hands‑on role supporting our production operations in a quick‑paced, safety-focused workplace. No experience is necessary – full training is provided, with weekly pay and ongoing work available for the right candidate.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team in a casual role, working a total of 4 shifts throughout Monday to Friday each week.

Shift times (approx.)

Monday through Thursday – 3 pm start Friday – 10 am start

Responsibilities

Mixing and preparing the mushroom growing medium (compost) General production and cleaning duties Climbing as required during production tasks Supporting production operations in line with safety and quality requirements Working efficiently as part of a team in a production environment

Requirements

Availability to work afternoon shifts Monday through Thursday and mid‑morning shift on a Friday Physical fitness and ability to perform physical tasks Own reliable transport – essential Current forklift licence is highly preferred but not essential No experience required – full training provided
