We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at Surface Paradise, Gold Coast. This part-time contract role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality facilities, ensuring a welcoming workplace for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute significantly to our reputation in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Assist in the organisation and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. Robust attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
