OPPORTUNITIES IN BRISBANE AND GOLD COASTThis is an opportunity to join a well‑regarded structural consultancy with a strong reputation for technical quality and consistent project delivery. The teams work across a range of medium to high‑rise residential and commercial projects, with an emphasis on practical, well‑considered engineering solutions. There are Senior roles available in 2 x offices (Syd & GC) and sits just below Divisional Manager in each branch. You'll benefit from a balance of technical leadership, team guidance, and hands‑on project work. You will lead structural design on complex projects, support and mentor engineers, and work directly with clients, architects, and consultants. Gain scope to influence design decisions, manage technical risk, and contribute to the way projects are planned and delivered. Autonomy is a key part of the role, along with accountability for outcomes and team performance. Performance is recognised through clearly defined expectations and measurable KPIs, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and delivery rather than hours alone. This role will suit a Senior Structural Engineer who wants to take the next step in leadership, contribute meaningfully to the built environment, and build long‑term professional credibility. Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- CPEng, NER, or Engineers Australia registration (or working toward)
- Approximately 6-10+ years experience in structural engineering consulting within Australia
- Experience in medium to high‑rise residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects
- Strong capability in concrete and steel design
- Experience with structural analysis software such as ETABS and RAM
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, and dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
- Explicit communication skills and a practical approach to design and problem‑solving INTERESTED?
