The Opportunity With the commencement of a highly anticipated flagship luxury tower in the heart of the Gold Coast, an opportunity exists for a driven Site Supervisor / Site Foreman. Working alongside a seasoned Project Manager, you will be the driving force on the ground. You will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, managing the project from early works and complex structures right through to the meticulous delivery of ultra-premium finishes. Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Total control of day-to-day site operations, coordinating all trades, labor, and site staff to ensure optimal productivity.
- Program Delivery: Drive the construction program, managing critical path activities across both structural and fit-out phases to ensure key milestones are met.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence by maintaining rigorous QA/QC standards, particularly across high-end architectural finishes.
- Safety & Compliance: Drive a zero-harm safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to all OH&S; policies and site-specific safety plans.
- Subcontractor Management: Foster strong, accountable relationships with top-tier local subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery. About You You are a highly capable, commanding site leader who thrives in the fast-paced environment of high-rise construction.
- Experience: You possess a proven track record as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman delivering multi-story residential towers (structural and high-end fit-out).
- Background: A Carpentry trade background is highly regarded, backed by a comprehensive understanding of high-rise structures, formwork systems, and premium finishes.
- Licenses: You hold a current QLD Site Supervisor License.
