**About the Opportunity**

This position sits in the Bookkeeping team, and you will be working with 3 other professionals. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and will be looking after their end-to-end bookkeeping needs.

Your duties include but will not be limited to:

- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Preparation of EOM and EOFY
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll
- Reporting
- Liaising with clients and building strong client relationships and resolve issues if necessary
- Preparation of BAS

**About You**

You will be a motivated bookkeeper, with strong attention to detail and ideally with a background working in the public practice accounting sector.

Additionally, you will have:

- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is ideal
- Experience using Xero software
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients
- Ability to work with a small tight knit team
