Your Role
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end production process—from cnc machine cutting to final cladding assembly and finishing. You’ll manage a small but skilled team, maintain quality and safety standards, and help drive efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the factory.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Supervise and support production staff across all shifts.
Oversee cutting, folding, angling, and assembly of aluminium cladding panels.
Maintain quality control and ensure finished products meet specifications.
Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability and smooth dispatch.
Enforce WHS (Work Health & Safety) regulations in line with Australian standards.
Drive process improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
Report on production output, downtime, and improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a production management role, ideally in aluminium or metal fabrication.
Robust understanding of aluminium cladding processes and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or job specs.
Computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
Relevant trade, technical, or engineering qualification preferred.
