BDS Mechanical has an exciting prospect available for a motivated admin officer to join our team in Gold Coast and help out with administrative duties for our Sunshine Coast branch. This is a permanent/full time position with multiple options to progress in your career.
About us:
BDS Mechanical Repairs is a growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland, meaning we’re never too far away.
Experience, skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in an administration position
Invoicing and accounts payable/receivable experience
Strong customer service skills
Sound PC skills
Valuable communication
Attention to detail
Admin experience in the automotive industry a bonus
Positive phone manner
