Territory Manager Location: Labrador (QLD), Australia | req* As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for retention and growing sales in an existing portfolio whilst securing current business and growing profitability through effective price, product substitution and contract management. What You Will Enjoy Doing Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role. Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and current business prospects. Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers. Provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience. Work collaboratively across internal functions and plants. What Makes You Great Robust selling and business development skills including customer negotiation. Thorough knowledge of price and contract management. Experience in growing existing accounts, generation and conversion is second to none. Excellent time management skills and a results-focused approach; takes initiative. Natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded. Hold a clean Driver Licence.
