Assembly and Dispatch Assistant Job Type: Permanent – Part Time Location: Gold Coast Hours: 32 hours per week (Mon‐Fri, 7:00am–6:00pm) Responsibilities Assemble name badges, awards, trophies and neoprene products. Pack, assemble and ship orders on time and accurately. Prepare invoicing and dispatch documentation. Provide guidance to peers and manage workflow and workload, including some coaching and supervision. Prioritise activities based on deadlines and due dates. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards. Assist other departments as needed, based on skills and experience. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and quality control. Qualifications Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and dispatch. Proficiency with ordering and dispatch software. Proficiency with managing e‐mail requests and transparent communication. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Organised and deadline‐focused. Previous experience in assembly, packing, or dispatch roles is advantageous. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production processes.
