Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
At The Pines Elanora, we're more than just a shopping centre — we're a community hub. We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Centre Management team in a full-time role.
As the first point of contact for customers, retailers and contractors visiting Centre Management, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while also supporting a busy and collaborative management team behind the scenes.
This diverse role offers plenty of variety and will see you assisting across several key operational functions including administration, customer service, casual mall leasing, reporting and retailer support.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Centre Management reception area and customer enquiries
Assisting with Casual Mall Leasing administration
Lease administration support
End of month reporting assistance
Accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation, including assisting with recovering arrears
Managing lost and found enquiries
Coordinating wheelchair and mobility scooter hire
General administrative support to the Centre Management team
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
About You
The successful applicant will:
Have previous administration and/or receptionist experience
Possess strong customer service and communication skills
Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Be confident using Microsoft Office programs in particular Microsoft Office and Excel
Previous experience with cloud-based platforms such as Yardi and SINEPRO is beneficial but not essential
Work well independently and as part of a team
Present professionally and positively in a customer-facing workplace
