We aren't looking for a desk-bound administrator; we need a floor-focused leader who obsesses over room presentation, lives for player engagement, and knows exactly how to drive growth in a high-profile market.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager

Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home

Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules

Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz

Bring the good vibes, outstanding service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements

This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you

You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager

You've learned from excellent managers and are ready to step up

You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room

You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out

You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
