Role Overview

As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children, ensuring safety and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

Work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and deliver high‐quality learning programs.

Maintain a secure, inclusive learning environment that supports every child's development.

Adhere to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Qualifications

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
