The Role

We are looking for Collections Specialists to join our Collections team. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients and their customers to help improve their financial wellbeing with skilled, ethical collections solutions. Don't worry if you haven't worked in this industry before, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About You

Eager to learn and goal‐oriented

Confident and qualified on the phone

Customer‐focused and great at problem solving

Comfortable multitasking in a rapid‐paced setting

Friendly, empathetic, and able to connect with people from all industries

Bonus points if you have

1+ year of experience in customer service or accounts receivable
