About the Role

CEA is seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide critical administrative support to our Service Department, ensuring all service‐related documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Service Manager and Service Supervisor by handling customer enquiries and asking relevant questions to facilitate timely responses.

Submit all warranty repair orders within 14 days of job completion.

Process invoices, including job opening and closure in a timely and accurate manner.

Create and manage purchase orders, input them into the system, and authorise payments.

Generate service quotes using the Reynolds and Reynolds system.

Liaise with sublet contractors to coordinate services and manage documentation.

Allocate technician hours to appropriate repair orders.

Process all purchase orders promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Complete and submit weekly timesheets.

Maintain accurate filing of all paperwork and service documents.

Recommend and implement process improvements where appropriate.
