Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude

Current Blue Card (Working with children check)

Current CPR

Current First Aid

Current Pool Lifeguard

Key Responsibilities

Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude

High‐level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment

Provide transparent direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic workplace is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards

Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting

Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties

Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk
