Role Responsibilities
Prepare appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral
Prepare and process contracts and Form 6s
Liaise with vendors and buyers
Database entry and management
Assist with open homes and private inspections
Diary management
Liaise with solicitors throughout the settlement process
Social media marketing/advertising campaigns
Organise photography/styling
Prepare vendor reports
General administration and ad‐hoc duties
Desired Candidate
Current QLD real estate registration – essential
Prior real estate experience is a must
Immaculate presentation and a skilled manner
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
High level of communication and attention to detail
Strong written & verbal communication skills
