Description

This is a unique, hands‐on role sitting across both our Commercial and Consumer teams. It's a great prospect for someone who loves being organised, enjoys variety, and is genuinely motivated by building strong relationships. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being front‐facing with our corporate clients and members. No two days will look the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting both Commercial and Membership teams with day‐to‐day operations

Onboarding and ongoing servicing of corporate clients, with a focus on solid service and long‐term relationships

Assisting with sales activity, renewals and client enquiries

Coordinating hospitality and match day delivery, including servicing our corporate guests

Working across internal teams to keep projects and campaigns on track

Leading and improving key processes, including CRM and reporting

Supporting membership fulfilment, communications and renewal activity

What We're Looking For

Highly organised and able to keep multiple priorities moving at once

Strong relationship builder who enjoys working with a wide range of people

Confident communicator with a genuine customer‐first mindset

Experience supporting sales, operations or account management

Comfortable working with systems and data, with strong attention to detail

Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to make things better

Experience in sport, events, membership or a commercial environment will help, but just as significant is your approach, attitude and ability to connect with people.
