Private Client Relationship Manager (Gold Coast)

We are an established investment group building a high-performance private client team to manage inbound investor enquiries and introduce fixed income investment opportunities. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious business at an early stage and work directly alongside experienced leadership in a fast‐paced, office‐based environment focused on growth, professionalism and client relationships. This position focuses on handling qualified inbound enquiries from prospective investors, building relationships and helping clients understand the company's investment products and opportunities. You will work closely with senior management and receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and training in investment products, communication and relationship management. About the role Handle inbound investor enquiries via phone, email and online channels Build relationships with prospective and existing clients Introduce and explain the company's fixed income investment products Guide investors through the onboarding and information process Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness and client service Work collaboratively within a high‐energy office environment Participate in ongoing sales, product and communication training What we're looking for We are looking for ambitious, polished and commercially minded people who enjoy communication, relationship building and working in a performance‐oriented environment. You may come from: Property or real estate Wealth management Private client or luxury sales Call centre or inbound sales Hospitality or high‐end customer service The ideal candidate will have: Confidence speaking with clients over the phone High personal presentation and professionalism Strong work ethic and accountability Ability to learn financial products and investment concepts Desire to build a long‐term career in financial services Previous financial services experience is helpful but not essential for the right candidate.
