About the roleTribe Property Co is looking for a casual cleaner to join our team in Benowa, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexibility in your work schedule. As a casual cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the common areas at our residential buildings. What you'll be doing Performing general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising all areas of the property Stocking and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed Ability to operate a push scrubbing floor cleaner an advantage Experience operating push scrubbing floor cleaners is preferred but not essential, with training available if required Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised work environment Providing exceptional customer service to our clients Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the property management team Available to work specific assigned shifts as required What we're looking for Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a commercial setting or residential complex common areas cleaning role Minimum 3-6 months of cleaning experience required Excellent attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work independently Strong time management and organisational skills A proactive and flexible approach to your work A friendly, customer‐service oriented personality Reliable transportation to access the work site Must hold a valid work visa or have legal work rights in Australia What we offer At Tribe Property Co, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work workplace.
