Opening late June at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre , our newest venue is a beautifully designed, boutique space — intimate in footprint, world-class in every detail. We're looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen Manager to help build, lead and shape our Gold Coast kitchen team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join Lune at launch — to set the standard, mentor the team, and be part of something truly special from day one. This role is ideal for a hospitality qualified with strong pastry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team in a high-performance environment. We believe in comprehensive training and development in order to maintain our standards and consistency across the brand. For this reason, the successful candidate will commence on‐the‐job training for the role at our South Brisbane venue over approximately 3 weeks, with a package to cover transport costs and/or accommodation. Responsibilities Supporting the Operations Manager (located in Brisbane) through ensuring the training and quality control standards are clarified, understood and upheld within your section. Overseeing prep and production flow, and team communication. Leading your section and ensuring high quality output of production of all product. Responsible for rostering, quality control, handovers, and compliance regarding kitchen operations. Mentoring and supporting team development. We're looking for people who... Have 2+ years leadership experience in a kitchen and strong culinary skills. Bring resilience, accountability, confidence, and flexibility to their work. Have strong communication and organisational skills and a motivation to drive their teams to success. Thrive in a kitchen environment that offers both challenge and reward.
