Cover Shop Manager - Southport (Gold Coast)

Overview Southport and surrounding area 40 hours per week / full-time / £****** per annum S&P; B; Retail Ltd has over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand further. We provide customers with a fast-paced service in many high-street locations, offering sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices. The role of Cover Shop Manager is 5 days out of 7, typically from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm. Shop managers normally do not work Sundays. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day shop operations, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding customer service. Training, developing and motivating the team. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance. Supporting the management of the Southport/Marble shop and surrounding area. Maintaining a strong work ethic and a hands-on, \"can-do\" mentality. Qualifications Background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
