Core purpose of this role: Provide a "5 Star" customer experience Install SeaPen and FloatBricks dry docking systems and other products Perform both routine maintenance and service work, fault finding and product relocations (tools, company ute, trailer and boat provided as required by the job on the day) Position is based out of Gold Coast QLD but covers the greater Gold Coast and Brisbane region Some interstate and intrastate travel is required Skills and Experience: Exceptional customer service & communication skills Able to work autonomously as an enthusiastic self‐starter Demonstrate good planning & problem solving skills Positive level of physical fitness (and can swim) Must have boat licence as minimum.
