A key part of our offering is CabinetPro, our online ordering platform that allows clients to manage and submit their cabinetry requirements efficiently. About the Role This role combines client relationship management, business development, and software support. A significant part of your role will involve training and supporting customers in using the CabinetPro system, helping them transition to more effective, digital ordering processes. Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing customer base Build strong relationships with cabinetmakers, builders, and trade clients Train and support clients in using HPP's CabinetPro online ordering system Assist customers in transitioning from manual to digital workflows Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Generate new business across the GoldCoast Pipeline client requirements into clear, practical manufacturing outcomes Qualifications & Ideal Profile Background in cabinetmaking, joinery, or cabinetmaking online ordering programs Understanding of materials, hardware, and cabinetry construction Genuine interest in computers, software, and learning new systems Comfortable guiding others through digital tools and processes Clear communication and ability to build trust easily Looking to move into a less physically demanding, higher‐growth role Motivated, organised, and open to structured training No previous sales experience required What We Offer Structured training in both sales and system support Ongoing mentorship and development Stable, full‐time position in a growing business Supportive and team-oriented team environment Performance‐based earning potential Transparent career progression pathway Location Servicing Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
