About the Role We are looking for a high energet, retail superstar to manage our David Jones
- Robina store on a Full Time or Part Time basis (minimum 30 hours per week). Work within a leading Department store
- David Jones Robina. Oversee the daily operations of the store. Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members at all times to enrich our in-store shopping experience. Provide staff training and guidance to motivate team performance towards achieving sales budgets and goals. Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals. Uphold solid visual merchandisingstandards to ensure a seamless customer experience. Hands on leadership approach, with a sound background in people management and ability to motivate and mentor a team to success. Proficiency in managing stock levels and positioning floor stock to maximise sales. Experience in preparing store rosters and administrative tasks.
