Responsibilities Evaluate potential improvements in current products to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. Assess and analyze features of products to be designed, considering market trends, consumer needs, and technological advancements. Design and prepare samples and prototypes to test feasibility and functionality, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams. Evaluate and determine appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for product development, considering factors such as cost, durability, and sustainability. Utilize computer-aided design software to create detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications for production. Generate static and agile renders to visually communicate design concepts and showcase new products to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts from conception to production. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field. Proven experience as an Industrial Designer or similar role, preferably in coffee tools industry. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhino. Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
