- Helensvale Homemaker Lead and support the store team to deliver a superior customer experience and elevate store performance. Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively with the Store Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance. Responsibilities Leading by example through inspiring and delighting customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home. Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs. Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team. Contributing to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget. Analyzing reports and proactively identifying opportunities that will increase the customer experience. Qualifications Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so). Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets. Ability and experience creating and instilling an engaged and motivated culture within your team. Robust strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team.
