Marketing & Content Coordinator (Gold Coast)

About Us The Balance Group is a growing healthcare, mobility and wellness group with businesses across: Mobility & Assistive Technology Physiotherapy Podiatry Occupational Therapy Healthcare & Wellness Manufacturing & Product Development Our brands include: Balance Mobility Balance Physio GC Hip to Toe Therapy and You Elevate Mobility About the Role Filming and editing reels, short-form videos and social media content Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and Sales Funnels Capturing behind-the-scenes content across clinics, stores, expos, warehouses and events across Gold Coast, Northern NSW and South Brisbane Assisting with founder/personal brand content Managing content calendars and scheduling Creating social media graphics and marketing assets Coordinating campaigns and promotions Assisting with EDMs and website/blog updates Working alongside external marketing agencies and suppliers This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the businesses capturing real content, not just sitting behind a desk. What We're Looking For We care more about creativity, editing skills and initiative than formal qualifications. You MUST: Be confident filming content independently Be strong in video editing and short-form content creation Demonstrate a minimum of 2+ years of professional video editing experience Understand reels and social-first content Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Be proactive, organised and creative Have strong storytelling instincts Be able to manage multiple brands/projects Experience with: CapCut Canva Instagram LinkedIn Meta Business Suite Video editing software Proficiency in multiple video editing platforms is required. Experience working alongside external agencies or coordinating campaigns is also highly regarded. Why Join Us?
