Senior Landscape Architect (Gold Coast)

Overview Assist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on‐time delivery of a quality product. Responsibilities Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team. Prepare plans and documents for projects using computer-based plans (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign). Produce computer-based diagrams, renders and imagery (e.g., Revit, Lumion, Photoshop). Assist the Project Lead in preparing cost estimates. Resolve complex design problems (e.g., grading, construction detailing). Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally with clients, contractors, sub‐consultants and industry bodies. Qualifications Experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice is advantageous. Efficient user of Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop. Comprehension of other computer packages such as Blender, SketchUp, Lumion is advantageous. Australian driving licence. Legal right to work in Australia for at least three years, including citizenship, permanent residency or visa that allows full‐time work; sponsorship not available.
